Teaching Methods Adopted

Lecture Method

In BBA some subjects are numerical based and problem solving oriented such as Accountancy, mathematic and statistics, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, Taxation, Finance etc and some subjects are theory based such as Business Communication, Economics, Demography, Marketing etc. For teaching these subjects lecture method is used.
All the teachers of department use this method for effective curriculum delivery.

Demonstration Method

Demonstration Method helps students to relate their subjects with current market scenario. Demonstrations help to raise student interest and reinforce memory retention because they provide connections between facts and real-world applications of those facts.

Classroom Discussion

A discussion takes place in a classroom which is facilitated by a teacher or by a student hence this method is used for theoretical subjects and for the discussion of case studies related to the subjects.

Experiential Learning

As per the syllabus, students need to prepare Project Reports in Finance and Marketing subject, Research paper under the subject Research methodology and 6 Industrial Report under the subject Business exposure. To fulfill the objective of designing this subject is to explore students to practical industrial field environment and developing skills of report writing.
Various Guest lectures and Seminars are also organized for experimental learning for students.

ICT in teaching

Teachers use various ICT tools during classroom teaching like Power Point Presentations, Video Lectures, Online resources etc.
